ECL: European Consortium for the Certificate of Attainment in Modern Languages

The ALTE (Association of Language Testers in Europe) has now also awarded its seal of quality to the ECL in Pécs/Hungary and thus connects it to Goethe, telc, ÖSD and TestDaF, who also have this seal.
